When going out for dinner, Indian is always my first choice. I’ve tried recreating restaurant quality flavours at home using popular brands of sauces from the supermarket, but it just isn’t the same.
I discovered Basoli sauces at a farmers’ market in Minden last summer. They were a little pricey, but I decided to give them a try. I picked up a jar of their Tikka Masala, and their own recipe - Malai Sauce. Both were excellent! Over rice or with Naan, these are truly “restaurant quality” - with rich “home made” flavour.
I recently ordered a couple of jars from their website - and they arrived within a couple of days. They’re both gone! Time to re-order!
