Butter Chicken (Authentic North Indian Style)

Ingredients:

- Basoli Butter Chicken Sauce
- Basoli Butter Chicken Spice Mix
- Chicken pieces (1-2 lbs). (substitute with a vegetarian
option if you like)
- 4 table spoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 415°F (212°C).
  2. Generously season the chicken pieces with Basoli Butter Chicken Spice Mix.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange the seasoned chicken pieces and bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
  4. While the chicken bakes, warm up the Basoli Butter Chicken Sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it into the saucepan with the sauce.
  6. Simmer the chicken in the sauce for approximately 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
  7. Serve the Butter Chicken hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
  8. Be ready to indulge in the creamy, mouthwatering flavours that will transport you to our grandmother's kitchen.
