Butter Chicken (Authentic North Indian Style)
Ingredients:

option if you like)
- 4 table spoons of olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 415°F (212°C).
- Generously season the chicken pieces with Basoli Butter Chicken Spice Mix.
- In a baking dish, arrange the seasoned chicken pieces and bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
- While the chicken bakes, warm up the Basoli Butter Chicken Sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it into the saucepan with the sauce.
- Simmer the chicken in the sauce for approximately 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
- Serve the Butter Chicken hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
