Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 jar (500ml) Butter chicken Sauce
- 400g diced chicken or beef
- 2 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large sauce pan at medium/high heat.
- Stir fry 400g of diced chicken (or beef) in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables.
- Add one 500 ml jar of Basoli Butter Chicken Sauce.
- Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
