Malai Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground chicken (or beef)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- Fresh cilantro (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Basoli All-spice mix
- Salt (to taste)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Basoli Malai sauce (for topping)
- Guacamole (homemade or store-bought, for serving)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped red onions, fresh cilantro, Basoli All-spice mix, and salt.
- Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a few spoons of olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, place the chicken burger patties in the skillet and cook until fully cooked, flipping halfway through. This typically takes about 5-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the patties.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare your homemade guacamole if you haven’t already done so.
- Once the chicken burgers are cooked through, remove them from the skillet and assemble your burgers.
- Place a chicken patty on the bun, Spread a generous amount of guacamole on top of the patty and drizzle with Basoli Malai sauce.
- Add any additional toppings you desire, such as lettuce, tomato, or cheese.
- Finally, crown your burger with the top bun and serve immediately.
